Registrar

Responsibilities Lead the Enrollment Services Office and all records management functions. Manage student records accurately and confidentially, including certifying enrollment reporting. Coordinate departmental efforts related to enrollment, scheduling, catalog, degree auditing, and other processes within the institution’s content management systems. Oversee commencement activities and campus ceremonies. Serve as the Student Information System Student Module Lead and the institution’s records custodian. Ensure institutional compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and student records integrity across the department. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. Progressive responsibility in student records and registration experience. Excellent analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
