Trace Systems Job Title: Quality Manager Location: Tampa, FL Job ID: 2026-7041 # of Openings: 1 Category: Project/Program Management Overview This position is pending contract award. Responsibilities Lead the program's Quality Management Plan (QMP) for the C2ISR Transport effort, integrating quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) across engineering, T&E, deployments, logistics, and PMO reporting. Establish standards, templates, and gate criteria. Audit lab/site builds, configuration baselines, documentation packages, and vendor/teaming deliverables for compliance with the TO, Section F CDRLs, ISO 9001/CMMI practices, and RMF/CM evidence expectations. Define KPIs and dashboards, brief risk/quality trends to the PM/DPM and Government. Coordinate with KM/Portal for records and with Ops for continuous monitoring; ensure a living QMP that adapts as processes change. Other duties as required. Qualifications Secret security clearance. B.S. OR 10 years Quality Management experience, including extensive experience ensuring Program Quality Manager compliance for continued ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 27001 Certification and CMMI. Possesses Lead Auditor ISO certifications. Possesses ITILv4 certification. Strong capabilities with Microsoft 365 Suite and Microsoft Project. Desired Qualifications B.S AND 10 years Quality Management experience Desired: ITIL v4, Lead Auditor ISO certifications Education B.S.
