Senior Safety Advisor – Construction Senior Safety Advisor – Construction ?? Lewisville | Full-Time | Onsite Lead safety. Build culture. Protect what matters. Our client is seeking a hands-on Senior Safety Advisor to lead and elevate safety across active construction projects. This role goes beyond compliance—you’ll drive a proactive safety culture, engage directly with field teams, and ensure every jobsite operates at the highest standard. What You’ll Do Develop, implement, and continuously improve safety programs and procedures Conduct jobsite inspections, audits, and risk assessments Lead safety meetings, trainings, and new hire onboarding Ensure full compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration standards and regulations Investigate incidents and drive corrective actions Partner with field teams to identify and eliminate hazards Maintain accurate safety documentation and reporting What You Bring 5+ years of safety experience in construction (civil/utility preferred) Strong working knowledge of OSHA standards and compliance Experience leading safety initiatives across multiple jobsites Strong communication skills with the ability to influence the field Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-risk environments Why This Role High-visibility position with direct impact on jobsite culture Opportunity to shape and elevate safety programs Work closely with leadership and field operations Equal Opportunity Employer / Disabled / Protected Veterans The Know Your Rights poster is available here: The pay transparency policy is available here: For temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, AppleOne is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.
