Job Title

Responsibilities: Clean and maintain all common areas including the clubhouse, recreational building, lobbies, hallways, stairs, catwalks, and shared spaces Clean and sanitize clubhouse and recreational building restrooms, including floors, mirrors, sinks, toilets, showers, counters, and fixtures Clean and maintain laundry rooms, including wiping down washers and dryers, sweeping and mopping floors, removing lint, dust, and cobwebs, and emptying trash Clean and maintain recreational areas including the gym, cardroom, library, social rooms, kitchen, and other amenity spaces Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout common areas, stairways, catwalks, and amenity spaces Clean and maintain elevators, including interior surfaces, mirrors, stainless steel, doors, and elevator tracks Empty trash containers throughout the property and wipe down the exterior of trash containers Clean and maintain pool deck areas, including wiping down and polishing pool furniture, cleaning pool signs, and polishing metal hardware Dust and remove cobwebs from ceilings, windowsills, doors, fixtures, furniture, shelves, counters, picture frames, décor, and other surfaces Clean glass surfaces, windows, doors, and window and door tracks throughout the clubhouse and recreational buildings Clean and maintain stairs, banisters, handrails, and rails, ensuring floors and surfaces are free of trash, dust, and debris Maintain cleanliness of catwalks and other exterior common areas, ensuring floors are properly cleaned and dry Replenish supplies such as soap, fragrance, and towel dispensers in common area restrooms and facilities Clean and maintain clubhouse and recreational building kitchens, including cabinets, appliances, floors, and metal surfaces Clean and maintain office areas, including floors, doors, glass, windows, furniture, shelves, counters, filing cabinets, lighting, and décor Clean and maintain trash chute doors to ensure proper appearance and cleanliness Identify and promptly report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, out-of-order washers/dryers, or other concerns to management Follow established daily and weekly cleaning schedules and building cleaning rotations Safely use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies Perform additional cleaning tasks and special projects as directed by management or the Housekeeping Supervisor Full Time Monday-Friday 7:30 AM-4:00 PM Pay Rate: Up to $18 DOE PLEASE DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS POSITION IF YOU LIVE FURTHER THAN 30 MINUTES FROM THE DELRAY AREA

Skills & Qualifications

Team player, self-starter and organized. Experienced in pressure washing. High School Diploma or equivalency preferred. Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to pass a Drug Screening and Background check.
