Dental Hygienist (RDH)

Role Overview: A dental hygienist is a trusted oral health provider and clinical partner to the dentist, responsible for assessing oral health, recommending care, and educating patients in a modern, technology-supported environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver personalized patient care plans in collaboration with the dentist Utilize digital tools for assessments, case acceptance, and patient communication Manage schedules and supplies independently to provide comprehensive care Participate in hands-on training and ongoing education through structured programs Work with advanced technology such as voice-activated perio charting, 3D scanning, and AI tools Partner with the Hygiene Support Team for mentorship and clinical guidance Qualifications & Skills: Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice Strong communication skills and passion for patient education Additional Details: Opportunities include full-time, part-time, or PRN roles with manageable patient loads and flexible schedules.
