POSITION SUMMARY : To cook all fried items for entrees and fried appetizer items prepared in the restaurant. Accomplishes all food preparation, cooking methods, procedures and timing to ensure that all food products adhere to the specifications and quality standards of Cooper Restaurants.

- After 1 year – Additional 5 days

- Tipped employees vacation rate - $10.00 per hour
- Employee Meal Discount – 40% off while working / employee + 1 guest while dining
- Employee of the month - for FOH & BOH - $100 each
