Tool And Die Maker
Kapco Inc. is looking for a Tool & Die Maker on 1st, 2nd, and Weekend shift at our Grafton, WI facility. Primary Responsibilities
- Building new and repairing of existing die consisting of progressive dies, jigs and fixtures
- Holds extremely close tolerances, which will reduce the cost and improve the speed and quality of various production operations
- Lays out and performs bench and machine operations to construct, alter and repair dies, jigs, fixtures and special tools
- Performs tool and die maintenance and repairman duties
- Verifies quality and print specifications are met
- Other duties as assigned
Required Education & Experience:
- 2-year trade school program or equivalent work experience
- Experience in a metal manufacturing environment: metal grounding and manual machine operation
- Attention to detail and good math skills
