Job Title: Production Operator START ASAP!!!!

Pay Rate : $20.50/hour (Morning Shift)

Location: Shelbyville, Kentucky

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Production Operator with a strong tenure history to join our team. This role is responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring processes, and ensuring product quality while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate production machinery and equipment efficiently

Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met

Perform basic troubleshooting and report equipment issues

Load raw materials into machines and handle finished products

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Assist with general production and warehouse duties as needed

Requirements

Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment

Stable work history with good tenure

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Strong attention to detail and quality focus

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable attendance and punctuality

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shelbyville, KY.

The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
