Job Description

GL Staffing is seeking a Manufacturing Operators to support manufacturing and packaging operations in a pharmaceutical production environment. The ideal candidate will operate manufacturing and packaging equipment, follow GMP procedures, accurately document batch records, and ensure products meet quality and safety standards.

Schedule: 6/7am- 2:30/3pm (available to work overtime and Saturdays when needed)

Pay rate $17-$18 p/h- depending on experience

Location: Miami Lakes

Responsibilities:

Operate manufacturing and packaging equipment according to GMP procedures.
Follow batch records and production instructions.
Verify raw materials and components before use.
Perform measurements and product quality checks.
Assemble, disassemble, clean, and clear production equipment.
Accurately complete production and batch documentation.
Report process or quality issues to management.
Follow all safety, quality, and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

Manufacturing experience preferred; pharmaceutical experience is a plus.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail.
Ability to work an 8- or 12-hour shift while standing for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a controlled/gowned manufacturing environment.
