Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Provide individual and group counseling to clients and their families Provide therapy in a safe, non-judgmental environment Deliver high-quality therapy, including evidence-based practices when possible Complete intakes for clients accessing services Collaborate with the VIEW team to enhance client care Participate in team meetings to share insights and updates Review client progress and provide ongoing therapy Assist in developing recovery-focused initiatives and programs Contribute to evaluating and improving VIEW services Work across virtual and in-person programs based on program or agency needs Requirements Master’s Degree in Counseling or a related field Licensed and certified through the Washington State Department of Health as an LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT; Associates required Strong communication and active listening skills Empathy and ability to build trust with clients Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with clinical and counseling professionals Dedication to reducing stigma surrounding mental health and substance use Ability to pass a criminal background check Must be local to the Spokane area Willingness and ability to work in virtual and in-person programs based on program or agency need Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in providing individual and group counseling, utilizing evidence-based practices, and fostering a safe therapeutic environment.
