Asistente Administrativo (Control de Calidad) Únete a Prime Meats y ayúdanos a impulsar la excelencia en seguridad alimentaria, calidad y cumplimiento normativo. Desde 1992, Prime Meats ha sido un distribuidor confiable de proteínas premium en el sureste de los Estados Unidos. Buscamos un especialista en cumplimiento para apoyar y mantener nuestro sistema SQF, programas de inocuidad alimentaria, auditorías y cumplimiento regulatorio en nuestras plantas de procesamiento y centros de distribución. Responsabilidades: Administrar documentación SQF, planes HACCP, SOPs y registros de seguridad alimentaria. Supervisar los procesos de control documental y cumplimiento. Coordinar auditorías internas y externas y acciones correctivas. Apoyar iniciativas de capacitación en calidad, seguridad alimentaria y regulaciones. Garantizar el cumplimiento de los requisitos SQF, HACCP, OSHA y USDA. Requisitos: Conocimiento de regulaciones HACCP, SQF, OSHA y USDA (preferible). Experiencia con Microsoft Office y SAP. Sólidas habilidades organizativas, de liderazgo y comunicación. Bilingüe inglés/español preferido. ¿Por qué Prime Meats?
