Senior Business Program Manager – Solutions & Services Senior Business Program Manager Solutions and Services Description - We are seeking a visionary and execution‑driven Principal Program Manager to lead large‑scale, consumer‑facing programs across solutions, apps, subscription services, and streaming services. In this role, you will define and drive the delivery of next‑generation monetization solutions that span business solutions, monetization ecosystem, media, and interactive experiences across devices and platforms. You will orchestrate complex, multi‑team initiatives across engineering, product, UX, content operations, marketing, legal, finance, support, and quality, ensuring cohesive, high‑quality launches that delight customers and accelerate business growth. You will also lead integrations with 3rd party partners, development vendors, content providers, and platform partners, enabling scalable monetization, premium solution/services experiences, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for a Principal PM who thrives at the intersection of modern technology, consumer solution experience, product development lifecycle, and monetization strategy, and who can influence across organizations while driving clarity, alignment, and predictable delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end delivery of solutions, apps, streaming services, subscription platforms, and customer experiences. Drive cross‑functional execution across engineering, product, UX, content ops, marketing, legal, finance, support, and QA. Own program strategy, execution roadmap, KPIs, and delivery governance for high‑visibility media and monetization initiatives. Oversee app development across PC devices, cross‑OS platforms, ensuring performance, usability, and feature quality. Improve backend quality & pipelines (data ingestion, metadata, validation) to enhance customer experience and end‑to‑end journey. Support GTM planning, launch readiness, and post‑launch optimization for app, software, and services. Deliver new monetization ecosystem, subscription services (SaaS solutions), eCommerce engine, and other new consumer‑facing solutions & platforms. Advise key stakeholders on the program execution and delivery strategy across all phases of the lifecycle. Track and report key metrics to drive future product developments, and lead communication to senior management. Work with BDs and AdTech leads to enable ad‑supported monetization. Assist product management team to monitor competitive markets to determine customers’ needs & pain points for certain product improvements and complete detailed competitive analyses. Manage 3rd‑party development vendors and platform partners, ensuring delivery accountability and SLA adherence. Communicate program status, risks, and decisions to executive stakeholders with clarity and influence. Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of project/program management experience in software/solutions/services development. Experience managing multiple workstreams, cross‑functional teams, and various dependencies to deliver programs on time. Expertise and very strong knowledge of the software/solution development lifecycle, pre/post sales support readiness, GTM, product generation, quality/validation flow, end‑to‑end customer journey, HP compliance requirements, and agile development processes. Strong experience with program governance, risk management, and KPI‑driven execution. In‑depth understanding of 3rd‑party solution business & monetization framework, especially subscription & payment gateway, SaaS, eCommerce, and mobile apps. Experience working with cross‑functional leadership, including customer experience, quality assurance, customer assurance, support, solution marketing, and product design workstreams. Proven ability to manage 3rd‑party development vendors, cross‑functional, and cross‑regional stakeholders. Ability to translate technical requirements into clear program deliverables. Exceptional communication and executive stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills. Technical intelligence to represent customers’ needs in technical language and vice versa. Ability to drive clarity and alignment in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments. Compensation & Benefits The pay range for this role is $116,150 to $182,400 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only).
