Senior QA Leader - QMS & Compliance for Aviation
Joby Aviation
Joby Aviation seeks a Senior Quality Assurance Manager to architect and scale the QMS across manufacturing and engineering facilities. You will lead multi-site QA teams, drive regulatory compliance, and oversee audits, CAPA, and continuous improvement to enable scalable production.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years in QA/regulatory roles in aviation or high-reliability industries, with AS9100/ISO9001 and FAA Part 21 expertise.
