Role Description The Water Restoration Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Frisco, TX. This role involves responding to water damage emergencies, assessing the extent of damage, and implementing appropriate mitigation and restoration procedures. Daily tasks include extracting water, setting up and monitoring drying equipment, removing affected materials, and documenting work performed. The technician will interact with property owners, explain restoration processes, and maintain clear communication with the team and supervisors. The role also requires adhering to safety standards, maintaining tools and equipment, and following company protocols and industry best practices. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Water Damage assessment and Water Damage Restoration techniques. Candidates should possess skills in Mitigation procedures to reduce damage and preserve property. Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for working with clients, team members, and supervisors. Candidates should possess awareness of Invasive Species and related issues that may affect restoration work. Relevant skills such as basic construction or remodeling experience, familiarity with restoration equipment, and attention to detail are beneficial. Ability to perform physical tasks, lift equipment and materials, and work in varied environmental conditions is required.
