Our team is passionate, supportive, and committed to making every day count.What You'll Do:As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll be more than a caregiver-you'll be a mentor, advocate, and companion. No two days are the same!This specific position might work in Franklin/Concord. Your responsibilities may include:Supporting individuals with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal care, and medication reminders (in accordance with NH state guidelines)Encouraging independence, choice, and personal growthAssisting with community engagement-think outings, events, jobs, and social activities!Helping plan and participate in fun, meaningful experiencesMaintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environmentDocumenting services and following individualized service plans in compliance with state regulationsWhere You'll Work:Residential Homes: Provide support in a home setting, helping individuals thrive in their daily routinesDay Programs: Get out into the community-support individuals at jobs, volunteer sites, recreational activities, and moreWhat We're Looking For:Compassionate, reliable, and energetic individualsStrong communication and teamwork skillsA positive attitude and willingness to learnHigh school diploma or equivalent (required)Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance (required)Ability to pass background checks in accordance with New Hampshire lawBonus Points If You Have:Experience in human services, caregiving, or working with individuals with disabilities (but not required-we will train you!)Pay & Perks:Competitive hourly pay (15-17/hr for Day program and 17-20/hr for residential)1,000 sign on bonus for full time and new hires only.Full-time and part-time opportunitiesPaid training and professional developmentHealth, dental, and vision insurance (for eligible employees)Generous PTO and holiday benefits403(b) retirement planA supportive team that truly values the work you do ❤️Why This Job Matters:You'll be helping people live their best lives-building confidence, independence, and meaningful connections every single day.Locations Community Bridges Supports: Allenstown, Andover, Boscawen, Bow, Bradford, Canterbury, Chichester, Concord, Danbury, Deering, Dunbarton, Epsom, Franklin, Henniker, Hill, Hillsborough, Hopkinton, Loudon, Newbury, New London, Northfield, Pembroke, Pittsfield, Salisbury, Sutton, Warner, Weare, Webster, Wilmot, Windsor.Main Headquarters location: Concord, NHReady to make an impact?
