Life as a Banquet Server: Read and execute Banquet Orders Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly Assists with setting up banquet rooms from 10-120 people and serving meals. Greet guests as they arrive. Set up, monitor, refresh, and breakdown for coffee breaks, receptions, and buffet tables following specified functions according to group requirements. Clean all equipment and return it to its designated areas. What we're looking for: On call schedule Minimum of 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages. Food handling certificate. Provide legible communication. What to expect in your first few months: First, you will become familiarized with the hotel and our procedures! From there we'll have you work within the banquet team where your expertise in f&b service will shine! As you continue to work in this role, you'll become a key contributor your team's success!
