We’relookingforsomeonetosupportourQA/QCteam.Theidealcandidatewillperformcriticaltasks.Wewillrelyheavilyonthispersontomaintainstrictconfidentialityandpossessstrongattentiontodetailskillsandhavedesiretodononroutinetasks. What You’ll Do: Deliverqualityrecorddevelopment(hydroforms/civilformsetc.)forreviewandretention MaintaineffectiveinformationstoragesystemstoenableeasyretrievalofQA/QCdocumentsanddata SupportregularcompilationandreportingofqualityrelatedQA/QCdataformanagementreportingandreview Maintenanceofallrecordsdemonstratingfulltraceabilityofchangestoconstructiondocuments Inputtingdataintosoftwareprograms,andcompilingdatabooksforfinalturnovertoclients Mustbeabletoworkindependentlywhiledemonstratingstrongqualitiesandintegrity What you’ll need (minimum qualifications): Strongcomputerapplicationskills Minimum3yearsandabovefieldexperiencewithabilitytoreadandinterpretmechanical,structural&isometricdrawings. Planandperformworkactivitiesindependently Abilitytoprioritize,plan,performandcommunicateactivitiesinbothwrittenandverbalform. Abilitytomanagemultipletaskswithstrongattentiontodetail. ExperienceworkingwithqualitymanagementsystemsinvolvingASME,AWSandAWWAmechanicalcodes. Computerliteracyappliedtodatamanagement,collection,andreporting. Validdriver’slicense. ExperienceinQualityControlactivitiesonassignedprojectsatconstructionsitesperformingWelding,HVAC,Plumbingservices. Knowledgepertainingtowelding(pipe,structural),pressuretesting(pneumatic,hydrostatic),coating(paint,plating)andtorquing(bolts,flanges,valves) Processpaperworkregardingmaterialtesting/inspectionandQA/QCforNDE,Insulation,Ductingservices. Workingonsiteatfieldlocations Good to have: Abilitytoworkinafast-pacedconstructionenvironment Aptitudetolearnnewsystems Abilitytotrainstaffonnecessaryoperations CertificationorextensiveexperienceasaCWI,API,AIorNDEinspector.
