Guest Services & Reservations Specialist

The Richardson Hotel, Buffalo NY

The Richardson Hotel, Buffalo NY, is seeking a Front Desk Clerk to deliver warm, professional guest service at the heart of our property. You will check guests in/out, handle reservations, manage payments and provide local information with accuracy and courtesy. Experience with Opera Cloud is preferred; strong communication, basic computer skills and the ability to handle busy periods with professionalism are essential.
