It’s a great opportunity for those seeking seasonal work or looking to gain experience during the busy holiday retail season. Shift Full-time. Standard shifts are 7am–3:30pm or 8:30am–5pm. Special scheduling needs include: Wednesday before Thanksgiving (11/25): Must work, and also available 8–10pm Black Friday weekend: Likely 8am–4:30pm December weekends may be required Mondays in December: 7am–5pm Must work December 26. You’ll be: Handling inbound and outbound customer calls in a high-volume contact center Providing accurate information to customers and resolving their issues efficiently Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction with every interaction Operating within a corporate retail setting, reporting to the Contact Center Supervisor This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You Have previous experience in customer service or call center environments (preferred, but not required) Are comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls professionally Possess strong communication and problem-solving skills Are available to work the specified shifts, including special scheduling around holidays and weekends Are bilingual in Spanish and English (nice to have, but not required) As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
