Compensation & Benefits On-target earnings: $100,000 - $120,000+ Performance-based bonus opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Professional development and leadership training Career growth opportunities within Keller Williams Responsibilities: • • Lead the recruitment strategy to attract top-tier real estate professionals, ensuring alignment with our growth objectives. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, fostering trust and open communication throughout the hiring process. • Collaborate with team leaders to identify talent needs and create tailored recruitment plans that support business goals. • Guide candidates through the interview process, providing clear and constructive feedback to help them succeed. • Implement innovative sourcing techniques to expand our talent pool and enhance our market presence. • Organize and conduct engaging recruitment events, showcasing our company culture and opportunities for career advancement. • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve our hiring processes and outcomes, ensuring we meet our targets efficiently and effectively. Qualifications: • • Experience in recruiting and talent acquisition, preferably within the real estate industry. • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospective agents and industry professionals. • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruiting and growth goals. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively present the company's value proposition. • Ability to manage and track recruiting activity, hiring metrics, and pipeline performance. • Experience in conducting interviews and guiding candidates through the hiring process. • Ability to collaborate with leadership to align recruiting efforts with business objectives and growth strategies. Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000+ per year OTE
