Associate Project Manager - Electrical Utilities

The APM supports the delivery of electrical utility capital projects by coordinating project initiation, planning, design progression, construction readiness, and closeout activities. We’re looking for someone with a strong foundation in electrical engineering and a passion for project management. Whether you’re early in your career or looking to grow into a leadership role, this position offers hands-on experience with transmission, distribution, substation, underground, and grid modernization projects.Responsibilities:Support planning and execution of complex electrical utility projectsCollaborate across engineering, construction, procurement, and regulatory teamsTrack project progress and assist with documentation, permitting, and complianceParticipate in site visits, inspections, and stakeholder communicationsQualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field2–5 years of experience in utility/construction projects Familiarity with electrical systems and safety standardsStrong communication, organization, and teamwork skillsWillingness to travel and work onsite as needed Not quite right for you? HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available.
