Obstetrics Nurse Practitioner

Location: Boyle Heights (East Los Angeles), CA Near Downtown LA
Schedule: 3 Days/Week 24 Hours

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join a collaborative outpatient clinic serving a diverse patient population. This role offers a balanced, part-time schedule and the opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care and women s health services in a community-focused setting.

• Perform comprehensive history and physical exams for adults and children (if trained)
• Conduct physicals including pre-employment, school, sports, and well-child visits
• Provide women s health services, including Pap smears and breast exams
• Counsel patients on birth control and prescribe as appropriate
• Diagnose and treat a variety of acute and chronic conditions
• Order, review, and follow up on lab tests and diagnostic imaging
• Prescribe medications in collaboration with supervising physician
• Provide patient education and document care thoroughly
• Review specialist reports and coordinate follow-up care
• Support clinic operations, including triage and patient flow as needed
• Participate in quality assurance, chart reviews, and provider meetings
• Assist with staff training and provide clinical support when leadership is unavailable

• Master s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Active California Nurse Practitioner license
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
• Knowledge of primary care and women s health practices
• Current COVID-19 vaccination (including booster, if eligible)
• Ability to pass a background check

• Bilingual in Spanish
• Experience in community health or outpatient clinic settings
