divh2Executive Assistant To The Chief Performance Officer Hr Programs Coordinator/h2pThe Executive Assistant to the Chief Performance Officer HR Programs Coordinator provides high-level administrative support to the CPO while coordinating the execution of key HR programs, including the Leadership Academy. This role plays a critical part in enabling the effectiveness of the HR function through strong operational support, program coordination, and cross-functional collaboration. This position is designed as a developmental opportunity for individuals interested in building a career in Human Resources, offering exposure to HR strategy, programs, and leadership./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3pExecutive Support to the CPO (5060%)/pulliComplex calendar management and prioritization/liliCoordination of meetings, agendas, and materials/liliPreparation of presentations, communications, and follow-ups/liliManage sensitive and confidential HR information with a high level of discretion/liliServe as a liaison across the HR leadership team to ensure alignment and execution of priorities/liliCoordinate travel, expenses, and executive logistics (Aligned with core Executive Assistant expectations)/li/ulpHR Program Coordination Leadership Academy (2530%)/pulliScheduling sessions and managing calendars/liliCoordinating speakers and participants/liliManaging on-site logistics (room setup, materials, food/beverage)/liliPartner closely with the Leadership Academy Manager to support program delivery/liliTrack attendance, participation, and program logistics/liliEnsure a high-quality participant experience/li/ulpHR Operations Coordination Support (1525%)/pulliSupport execution of HR initiatives through coordination, tracking, and follow-up/liliAssist in preparing HR communications, reports, and presentations/liliMaintain documentation related to HR programs and activities/liliParticipate in HR meetings to capture notes, track action items, and support follow-through/liliIdentify opportunities to improve administrative and coordination processes/li/ulh3Required Qualifications/h3ulliBachelors degree or equivalent experience/lili4+ years of experience in executive support, administrative coordination, or similar roles/liliStrong organizational and time management skills/liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills/liliAbility to handle confidential information with discretion/liliHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities/li/ulh3Preferred Qualifications/h3ulliExperience supporting senior executives/liliExposure to HR, recruiting, or associate programs/liliEvent planning or program coordination experience/liliProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/li/ulh3Key Competencies/h3ulliOrganizational excellence and attention to detail/liliStrong interpersonal and communication skills/liliAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environment/liliCollaboration and stakeholder coordination/liliLearning agility and interest in Human Resource/li/ulh3Physical Demands/h3pThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the major job responsibilities (essential functions) of this job.
