CompensationPay Range: $28.68 - $34.72 per hour, depending on prior experience.
Schedule: PRN

- Graduation from an accredited Therapy Assistant program, eligible for certification and/or licensure as per state regulations.
- Registered assistant or eligibility for registration in Colorado.
- Ability to comprehend medical terminology and its application in therapy to effectively communicate with residents, staff, and physicians, as well as to prepare relevant reports.
The COTA will deliver high-quality ongoing therapy to all patients in accordance with physician orders. Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining continuous communication with therapists, residents, and staff regarding the progress of therapy programs.
- Assisting therapists with resident-related activities and direct patient care while adhering to departmental policies.
- Performing therapy treatments and related tasks as delegated by the therapist.
- Providing therapy to residents based on written orders from their attending physicians, including:
- Reporting residents’ progress to the therapist and attending physician.
- Consulting with the therapist and physician about any changes in residents’ conditions during treatment.

We consist of a dedicated team of nurses, rehabilitation therapists, and home health aides focused on delivering personalized healthcare with compassion and empathy. We specialize in caring for older adults and provide in-home health services across Delta, Montrose, and Ouray counties.
