Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality treatment
• Perform triage and patient assessments accurately and efficiently
• Administer medications and therapies as prescribed
• Document patient information and care accurately

Requirements of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department

• Massachusetts RN license at time of submission or temporary license
• 2+ years of ER/ED nursing experience
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC certifications
• Open to floating to Addison Gilbert Hospital as needed
• Not worked at BILH within the last 6 months
