Associate Attorney – Banking & Finance (AcrOss the US) Advert Code: MLFS 149 A globally respected finance practice is seeking a Banking & Finance Associate (3–7 years’ experience) to join its dynamic debt finance team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex domestic and cross-border financing transactions representing lenders, borrowers, private credit funds, and institutional investors. Associates in this practice gain exposure to sophisticated financing structures across a wide range of industries while collaborating with experienced attorneys in a fast-paced, international practice. The Opportunity You will work on a broad spectrum of financing matters involving both traditional and alternative lenders. The team regularly handles complex credit transactions including private credit financings, syndicated lending arrangements, and structured credit transactions. Associates in this practice take on meaningful responsibility in structuring, documenting, and negotiating financing transactions while developing strong client-facing and deal management skills.
