What You'll Do

• Perform mobile ultrasound exams at various healthcare facilities, nursing homes, and processing sites.
• Ensure accurate checking of exam orders and patient identification per protocol.
• Operate and maintain portable sonographic equipment in multiple settings.
• Digitally send images to radiologists for interpretation.
• Communicate effectively with facility staff, dispatch, and team members.
• Maintain equipment and vehicle in good condition.
• Adhere to confidentiality, safety, and ethical standards at all times.
• Support patient positioning, transfer, and care in collaboration with facility staff.
• Complete documentation and billing procedures daily.
• Participate in training and certification updates as required.

What You Need

• Required:
  • Valid state sonographer license or certification
  • Prior ultrasound experience (specific years preferred)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to independently travel regionally and follow routes efficiently
  • Basic computer and smartphone skills
• Preferred:
  • Experience with portable ultrasound devices and mobile service environments
  • Knowledge of regional geography and travel logistics
