Verantwortlichkeiten Du erarbeitest neue Lösungen und Konzepte für Microsoft365‑Umgebungen (Exchange, SharePoint, EntraID, Security) unserer Enterprise Kunden. Dein Fokus liegt auf der Beratung, Konzeption und Implementierung innovativer Lösungen, wobei du als Trusted Advisor für unsere Kundschaft agierst. Durchführung von technischen Workshops und Präsentationen. Mitwirkung als Technical Presales. Durchführung von Projekten end‑to‑end mit Fokus auf eigenständiges und innovatives Arbeiten. Unterstützung des Sales‑Crew bei technischer Beratung und PreSales‑Anfragen der Kunden. Qualifikationen Abschluss (FH/HF) in Informatik oder vergleichbare Erfahrung. Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Microsoft 365, speziell in Exchange und/oder SharePoint. Zertifizierungen in relevanten Bereichen (z.B. Microsoft). Erfahrung in der Umsetzung und Administration von IT‑Systemen, sowohl On‑Premise als auch in der Cloud. Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Firewall, Routing, Identity und Security. Kundenorientiertes Denken und Handeln mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe ICT‑Kundenlösungen zu verstehen und zu kommunizieren. Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt und sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten. Bereitschaft zu Reisetätigkeit innerhalb der Deutschschweiz und flexible Arbeitszeiten. Engagiert, methodenkompetent und umsetzungsorientiert, um in einem dynamischen und komplexen Umfeld erfolgreich zu agieren. Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch; zusätzliche Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil.
