Their secondary job function will include material handling certification for MAT and Temporary employees, as well as primary job function training in their area of expertise. Principle Responsibilities Adhere to preferred methods for inbound, inventory, or outbound process Must be able to lift 30-50 pounds. Maintain a safe and clean work environment Comply with all safety, security, and company policies and procedures. Completes tasks on time or notify the appropriate person with an alternate plan. The next step for an S&TC will include cross-functional training and the potential for advancement to Warehouse Specialist or Leadership Development.
