Client Service Operations Associate Pathwise Wealth Partners is a wealth management firm located in the Bay Area and San Diego. We are seeking a PERMANENTLY REMOTE Client Service Operations Associate to join our team. If you'd like to join wealth management team that is dedicated to its clients and be part of a small firm that is founded on generosity and giving back, this may be a good fit for you! This position will be permanently remote. We will provide you with equipment to work from home, but you will be expected to have a workspace where you can work comfortably full-time. This position is only open to candidates in Pacific and Mountain time zones. Compensation: Salary range of $80K-100K, commensurate with relevant experience Great Work/Life Balance with a Monday-Friday Schedule 401(k) with company contribution Generous PTO Policy & Paid Holidays Professional, Rewarding, Motivating Atmosphere Permanently remote position Responsibilities include: Respond to client requests with timeliness and accuracy in mind, with the goal of handling most client requests without advisor oversight Assist Advisors with client meeting prep and follow-up tasks New client onboarding including account setup, data collection, and account transfers Process account opening applications, transfer paperwork, money movements and/or other various industry-specific administrative and operational tasks Own the annual client service workflows including beneficiary audit, plan update info gathering, tax doc gathering Private equity administration including subscription agreements, wire requests, and distributing statements We are a team that is always striving to improve our processes, and we ask our team to help identify areas for improvement. Requirements: 3 years of financial services experience and prior remote working experience. Client service experience strongly preferred. Warm communication style and comfortable reaching out to clients over email and phone Experience with our software is not required, but it is a plus: Wealthbox, Schwab, Altruist, eMoney, Orion, PreciseFP, Nitrogen Ability to prioritize tasks, problem-solve, and meet deadlines Organization skills & attention to detail Ability to work independently while prioritizing projects and managing your time Tech savvy with ability to learn and implement new technology and software quickly Ability to communicate well and work in a collaborative environment Ability to follow office processes and policies related to office operations & client privacy The Process: Qualified candidates will start the process with a 15-30 minute Zoom interview conducted by our recruiting consultant.
