Guaranteed Hours: 40.00 Contract Weeks: 24

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or foreign equivalent
• Two years' Physical Therapy experience (preferred)
• Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct segments of treatment programs to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions.
• Serve as co-leader in interdisciplinary approach to patient groups.
• Complete evaluations to ensure quality standards.
• Use appropriate clinical techniques and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy interventions using appropriate treatment protocols.
• Complete comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines.
• Supervise assigned assistants.
