As Westchester Gentle Dentistry continues to grow, we're looking for a compassionate and motivated Part-Time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team in Port Chester, NY.

What You'll Do:

As a Registered Dental Hygienist at WGD, you'll play an important role in our patients' overall experience and long‑term oral health.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing comprehensive preventive and periodontal hygiene care.
• Performing prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planning, and fluoride treatments.
• Taking digital X-rays and necessary diagnostic records.
• Completing periodontal charting and clinical documentation.
• Reviewing patients' medical and dental histories.
• Educating patients about oral health, home care, and disease prevention.
• Helping patients understand recommended treatment and the importance of maintaining their oral health.
• Creating a comfortable, compassionate, and judgment‑free experience.
• Collaborating with our dentists and clinical team to provide comprehensive care.

What We're Looking For:

• Current New York State Registered Dental Hygienist license.
• Dental hygiene experience preferred.
• Experience taking digital X-rays.
• Dentrix experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, positive, and team‑oriented.
• Compassionate and comfortable working with patients from a variety of backgrounds.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Compensation:

$60–$65 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
