The professional we seek is a go-getter with these qualifications.Basic QualificationsDoctorate degree and 2 years of Supply Chain, Operations, or Life Sciences experienceOr Master's degree and 4 years of Supply Chain, Operations, or Life Sciences experienceOr Bachelor's degree and 6 years of Supply Chain, Operations, or Life Sciences experienceOr Associate's degree and 10 years of Supply Chain, Operations, or Life Sciences experienceOr High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Supply Chain, Operations, or Life Sciences experiencePreferred QualificationsAdvanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Life SciencesGCP & GMP knowledge and understanding of clinical drug development5+ years of work experience in the planning, manufacturing and global distribution of medicinal products3+ years organizational or program management (leading teams, cross-functional problem solving, performance management, budget oversight, process development and improvement)3+ years of work experience in clinical study design, approval, supply and management3+ years of supply chain management using SAP (logistics, supply planning, demand management)Exceptional communication skills and executive presence to collaborate and network both vertically and horizontally and drive resultsDemonstrated project management skills and ability to maintain organization of deliverables and timelines for complex teamsHighly analytical with attention to detail; strong problem-solving skills with ability to apply to complex scenario planningAPICS CPIM/CIRM certificationWhat You Can Expect Of UsWe support your professional and personal growth and well-being, with competitive benefits and a collaborative culture.
