1st Shift Machine Builder (Mechanic)- $32/hr - Direct Placement

Job Description

Join our team as a full-time Machine Builder, where you will have the opportunity to work with large custom presses for various manufacturers. This role requires experience with large capital equipment, although direct experience with presses is not necessary. The ideal candidate will have the ability to interpret blueprints and effectively execute tasks based on them.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble large custom presses and other capital equipment.
• Interpret and work off blueprints to construct machinery.
• Engage in panel building and electrical assembly.
• Read and understand electrical schematics.
• Install electrical components based on schematics.

Essential Skills

• Experience in machine building and maintenance.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics.
• Competency in using hand tools and mechanical skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
• Strong understanding of mechanics and processes.

Work Environment

Work with large custom presses and capital equipment in a hands-on role. The position requires the use of hand tools, mechanical skills, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics. The work environment is collaborative and focused on innovation and quality.

This is a Permanent position based out of Dayton, OH.

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $83200.00/yr.
