A leading global law firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join its busy Seattle litigation team. This position will support attorneys handling complex civil defense matters, including professional liability claims.. Benefits & Firm Highlights Top-ranked international law firm with an excellent reputation and highly regarded litigation practice Kind, supportive leadership that genuinely invests in its employees Strong employee retention and a stable, collaborative team environment Clear opportunities for long-term growth and career advancement Hands-on mentorship and access to global training and development programs Hybrid flexibility and an excellent 35-hour work week Top-tier benefits package, including comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 20 days of paid time off plus 11 firm-paid holidays Key Responsibilities Maintain and organize an active litigation caseload Assist with document review, production, and privilege logs Prepare pleadings, discovery demands, discovery responses, trial lists, and other litigation documents Coordinate depositions and prepare exhibits Monitor court dockets and electronic filing notifications Assist attorneys throughout the pretrial, trial, and post-trial phases Complete state and federal e-filings Qualifications Three to five or more years of litigation paralegal experience preferred Civil litigation experience required Defense-side litigation experience is helpful but not required Professional liability, insurance defense, employment litigation, commercial litigation, or personal injury defense experience is a plus Experience supporting discovery, depositions, pleadings, document production, and trial preparation Familiarity with court websites and e-filing procedures Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to manage sensitive information and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment Candidates whose litigation experience is limited exclusively to family law will not be considered We look forward to reviewing your application! #J-18808-Ljbffr Ray Thomas
