This is a seasonal position with a commitment of at least eight months (April–November), working up to 40 hours per week.The schedule will be M-F 7AM - 3:30PM until the end of November.Our Grounds team plays an important role in maintaining the appearance and safety of campus. Duties may include:Mowing, trimming, watering, planting, and general landscapingCaring for flowers, shrubs, trees, hedges, and lawnsAssisting with irrigation, fertilizing, and seasonal grounds upkeepOperating grounds equipment and tools safelyMaintaining clean and organized outdoor spacesWorking independently or alongside the grounds team on various projectsAssisting with winter snow removal as neededWhat we're looking for:No experience required, we're willing to train the right personValid driver's license requiredDependable, hardworking, and team-orientedComfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditionsAbility to safely perform physical work and operate equipmentStrong communication skills and professionalismPhysical requirements:This role involves physical outdoor work including lifting, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, and working around landscaping equipment and machinery.If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in outdoor spaces, and want to be part of a team that helps make a difference every day, we'd love to hear from you.Apply today to join the Grounds team at Greencroft Goshen!
