Guest Service Agent

Overview We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, answering phone calls, taking reservations, and providing information about the hotel and its services. This position requires excellent communication skills, an ability to multi-task, and a strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be organized, friendly, and have a positive attitude. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes Handle guest reservations and ensure accurate information is entered into the system Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Requirements Previous experience in guest service or a related field is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information As a Guest Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
