Leading a team of claims professionals, the full-time Workers Compensation Claims Supervisor will supervise the handling of a diverse caseload while promoting best practices and managing workloads in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Supervise and motivate a Workers Compensation claims team to ensure high-quality service delivery Guide the team in adhering to best practices and manage the hiring and training of adjusters Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and brokers while managing multiple priorities Required qualifications High School Diploma Minimum of 10 years of related claims experience Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled Minimum 2 years of leadership or people management experience in a claims environment Knowledge of all team member-related functions
