Location: Willoughby, OH Pay Rate: $16-$17/hr plus $2.50/h Shifts: 2nd M-F, 3P-11P or 3 RD S-TH 11PM-7AM Responsibilities Operate ceramic injection molding machines according to specifications. Monitor the molding process to ensure consistent quality and output. Inspect finished parts for defects and maintain documentation of production. Maintain a clean and safe work environment following all safety protocols. Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output and quality targets. Requirements Prior experience in injection molding or working with ceramic materials preferred. Ability to read and interpret work orders, technical drawings, and process instructions. Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
