We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Virginia. This part-time position offers an opportunity to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services while working under the clinical direction and supervision of a Clinical BCBA.
About the Position
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) , you will have the opportunity to deliver evidence-based interventions, collaborate with families and treatment teams, and support meaningful outcomes for individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. Responsibilities * Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
* Design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention programs based on ABA principles
* Analyze client data and make treatment recommendations to ensure progress toward goals
* Provide clinical supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other direct-care staff
* Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary professionals to promote consistency across environments
* Conduct caregiver training and provide ongoing guidance to support treatment goals
* Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation

* Licensure: Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential issued by the Virginia Board of Medicine, or eligibility to obtain Virginia licensure prior to the start of employment
