What You'll Need
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Minimum 2 years of commercial painting experience
- Ability to communicate in English
- OSHA 10 Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone or mobile device for communication and timekeeping
- Ability to lift 25+ pounds and work on ladders
What Success Looks Like
As a Commercial Painter at Kaloutas, you will:
- Arrive on time and ready to work each day
- Deliver high-quality commercial painting work with attention to detail
- Bring and maintain your own basic tools
- Treat teammates, customers, and jobsite personnel with professionalism and respect
- Submit weekly timesheets on time
- Stay responsive to phone calls, texts, and emails
- Complete all required safety training and follow jobsite safety protocols
- Bring a strong work ethic and positive attitude every day
This position reports directly to a Kaloutas Project Foreman.
