The Mark Krueger State Farm Agency is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our friendly team in Lake in the Hills, IL. As the main point of contact for our valued clients, you\'ll play a vital role in building lasting relationships and ensuring their insurance needs are met with efficiency and care. About Us. We are not just selling policies; we are building relationships and protecting what matters most to our clients. A day in the life of our Customer Service Representative Answer incoming calls and respond to emails from clients regarding their insurance policies, coverage, and general inquiries. Process policy changes, updates, renewals, and cancellations with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Assist clients with billing questions and payment processing. Serve as a resource for clients during the claims process, helping to facilitate a smooth experience. Provide quotes and educate existing clients about additional policy options that may fit their needs. Maintain accurate and organized records of all customer interactions in our agency management system. Experience with Salesforce is a plus! What you’ll bring A positive, empathetic, and people-oriented mindset. Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and active listening. Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Proficiency in computer functions and the ability to learn new software quickly. Proactive problem-solving abilities and the capacity to multitask effectively. Prior experience in customer service is required; experience with a State Farm Agent is preferred.
