You'll work independently in the field while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with electrical codes. Primary Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial electrical systems Install electrical panels, breakers, circuits, switches, receptacles, lighting, and related equipment Complete service upgrades, remodel work, additions, and renovation projects Troubleshoot electrical problems and recommend effective solutions Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and electrical schematics Ensure all work meets National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements and local regulations Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, inspectors, and office personnel Maintain accurate service records and job documentation Keep company vehicles, tools, and equipment clean and organized Assist in training and mentoring apprentice electricians as needed Follow OSHA safety standards and company safety procedures at all times Qualifications Minimum of five years of residential and light commercial electrical experience Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints Excellent communication and customer service skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Dependable, organized, and committed to producing high-quality work Preferred Experience Electrical panel replacements and upgrades Whole-home surge protection Residential service work Remodeling and renovation projects Generator installation and service Light commercial electrical systems HVAC electrical controls (preferred) Permitting and inspection coordination Why Join Quality Service Company?
