Night shift available. RRT certification required. Experience with adult critical care is necessary. Candidates must be comfortable with various respiratory procedures including aerosol set up and drawing arterial blood gases. Candidates should have experience with BiPAP and CPAP systems. Experience in emergency situations is preferred. Daily responsibilities will include patient assessments and interventions. Ability to work with diverse patient age groups, including neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics, is essential. Candidates will be required to transport patients as necessary. Teamwork and interdisciplinary support are vital in this role. Previous experience in trauma settings is a plus. Must be able to troubleshoot ventilator issues and respond to alarms effectively. Experience with common respiratory diagnoses such as COPD, asthma, and pneumonia is important. Candidates will float within their scope of practice as needed. Additional certifications, such as NRP or PALS, are preferred.
