Recruiter (Contract, 3-6 Months)The Contract Recruiter is responsible for supporting the full-cycle recruitment process to drive the organization's short- and long-term talent acquisition needs for both exempt and non-exempt positions. This role partners closely with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, facilitate the selection process, and manage offer negotiations through onboarding. The Contract Recruiter proactively builds talent pipelines, leverages multiple sourcing channels to identify qualified candidates, and ensures a positive candidate experience while meeting hiring goals and timelines. Working in a fast-paced environment, this position maintains compliance with employment laws and company policies, tracks recruiting metrics, and provides regular updates to stakeholders to support effective workforce planning and organizational success.ND Paper is a leading manufacturer of high-quality pulp, paper, and packaging products in the United States, generating over half a billion dollars in annual sales.
