Director, Scientific Stakeholder Engagement & Omnichannel

AstraZeneca seeks a Director to lead above-brand precision medicine marketing strategy and execution. This strategic role oversees team operations including non-personal promotion, society engagement, and congress strategy while partnering with cross-functional teams to advance patient identification and stakeholder engagement across oncology indications.

Responsibilities

Lead and evolve above-brand precision medicine strategy aligned across indications and brands
Oversee above-brand team including non-personal promotion, society engagement, and congress execution
Drive omnichannel marketing initiatives engaging laboratory directors, pathologists, and diagnostic stakeholders
Develop and execute precision medicine society partnerships and congress strategy with key professional organizations
Manage agency relationships, budgets, and ensure operational excellence across multiple matrixed priorities

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in relevant field
10+ years marketing experience with demonstrated career progression
Proven team leadership and talent development capabilities
Strong track record executing strategy across complex cross-functional organizations
Experience with omnichannel marketing and non-personal promotion strategy
7+ years pharmaceutical, diagnostics, or healthcare industry experience (preferred)
Prior engagement with laboratory, pathology, or diagnostic audiences (preferred)

Compensation: $193,800-$290,800 base
