Kohler is seeking a Category Leader, Marketing & Communications to drive brand and demand growth for our manufacturing portfolio. You will own category strategy, develop integrated campaigns, and translate market and customer insights into compelling positioning. Partnering closely with product, sales, and operations, you will align go-to-market plans, manage agencies and budgets, and ensure consistent global brand expression. In Kohler’s culture of craftsmanship and innovation, you’ll champion sustainability stories, enable sales teams, track performance, and refine programs to deliver measurable business impact.
