As a Texas Instruments Equipment Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work in a vibrant and dynamic team oriented environment.Responsibilities include:Support manufacturing operationsEvaluating, selecting, and ordering equipment that is most appropriate and cost effective for the manufacture of company productsOverseeing the installation, modification, upgrade and maintenance of manufacturing equipmentKeeping current on equipment manufacturers' technical notices, upgrades and safety issuesStudying equipment performance and reliability - Participate in data analysis and problem resolutionPerform lot and equipment dispositions to support the continuous flow of production and to minimize cycle time in a high volume manufacturing 300mm wafer Fab running Analog TechnologiesEstablishing programs and solutions for increasing uptime and for equipment problems that affect the manufacturing processProviding technical support to the manufacturing equipment repair and process engineering organizationsDefining and writing preventative maintenance schedulesWhy TI?Engineer your future. However, if TI determines that information access or export control restrictions based upon applicable laws and regulations would prohibit you from working in this position without first obtaining an export license, TI expressly reserves the right not to seek such a license for you and either offer you a different position that does not require an export license or decline to move forward with your employment.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree Electrical Engineering, Electrical Computer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Physics or related engineering degree5 years of relevant experience working in a semiconductor manufacturing environment as an Equipment Engineer or Fab engineerPreferred Qualifications:Strong foundation in engineering change control - specific Equipment experience with AMAT CMP toolEquipment experience on other equipment (e.g., AMAT, Veeco, TEL, Novellus, and/or ASM)Experience on tool monitoring and interdiction software, and equipment maintenance and documentationWorking knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, and SPC techniques. Experienced with semiconductor cleanroom protocol and behaviors.Strong verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skillsAbility to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functionsAbility to take the initiative and drive for resultsStrong time management skills that enable on-time project deliveryAbility to work effectively in an interrupt-driven, fast-paced and rapidly changing environmentDemonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationshipFull timePosting Date: 2026-09-22
