Quick Facts Location: 2001 North Oregon Street, El Paso, TX 79902 Start Date: 08/19/2026 End Date/Duration: Tentative; duration discussed upon application Shift: Day shift / Full-time Hours/Week: 40 hours/week Employment Type: Contract/Permanent (as specified by facility) Licensure/Certs: Valid U.S. Medical License in Urology, Board Certification preferred Experience: No red flags in patient history for the past 5 years Pay & Benefits Pay rate: $1.00/hour (as provided) Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws Reimbursements for licensure, certification, travel, and other eligible expenses What You ll Do Provide specialized pediatric urology consultations and treatments Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care Perform diagnostic assessments, minimally invasive procedures, and follow-up care Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Stay compliant with all licensing and hospital policies Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-procedure care What You Need Valid U.S. Medical License in Urology Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology and Pediatric Urology (preferred) No red flags in patient history for the last 5 years Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively within a team environment About the Assignment Join a leading healthcare facility in El Paso, TX, dedicated to providing exceptional pediatric urology care.
