SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Overview We are hiring immediately for full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions. Location: Rowan University - 201 Mullica Hill Rd, Glassboro, NJ 08028. Note: online applications accepted only. Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, or Tuesday - Saturday. Primarily nights. More details are available upon interview. Responsibilities Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure are maintained. Provide training and create work schedules for team members. Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers, and address performance concerns. Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets quality, productivity, and safety standards. Serve as the point of contact for employees with complaints or requests for time off. Mentor employees, encourage goal setting, and support career development within the organization. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Prior high-volume food service and customer service experience preferred. ServSafe required.
